This is actually a re-do ( or do-over) of the very first house I ever built in The Sims 4. I did it at Creator Camp and was trying to figure out all of the controls and such, so the original is a bit lacking and I could not bear to leave it that way. So the cottage got a full face lift! I hope your sims enjoy it.
Ruthy's Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a very nice sized study that could make another bedroom if needed. 20x30 lot size and an $88k price tag
