Oasis Modern

My current project for The Sims 4 is to produce houses that are more than a starter but still don't cost an arm and a leg.  Not everyone wants to hit motherlode 11 times, right?  Last week's Casita Bonita was the first in the series and this week its a modern.

Oasis Modern has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a large open floorplan for entertaining, and a couple of circular patios.  It comes on a 20x30 or larger lot, has NoCC and is under $70k.
