It Was an Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny.....

.....House!  That's right. It is a real life variation of a Sims 10x10 house challenge with a twist. This little house in Seattle recently sold for almost $400,000 and it only has 830 square feet.  I love a tiny house...probably more than the average person....but that is just crazy!

I found this on Yahoo today and I had to share. This sliver of a house is just 55 inches wide at the narrowest point.  Shaped like a thin triangle, it is actually so small that you have to stand to the side to take things out of the oven.

Best of all is the name.  It's the Spite House.  No one seems to know for sure why such a minuscule home was constructed, but apparently one of the leading theories is that it was done out of spite for a neighbor due to a property line dispute.

Go figure.
