Villa California

Even though it may seem as if all I do in The Sims 4 is build, I actually do play the game.  I generally play a "legacy" game but with a variation on some of the rules because my game = my rules.  When the non heir moves out, I don't abandon them.  I set them up in a nice home and add them into my rotation of play, which means there are a lot of aunts and uncles and cousins for my legacy family to socialize with.

All this to say that I fully intended to just play last night.  No building.  But then it was time to move out the non-heir....and I just *had* to build her a house from scratch.  ( Well, I really didn't have to build something new...but I cant resist)

Villa California has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a lovely pool area.  It fits on a 20x30 lot or larger ( it was built for the lot next to the Calientes in Oasis Springs) and the price is $84k.
